Technical due diligence

An honest read on a codebase before you buy it, invest in it, or inherit it.

We read the code, talk to the engineers, and tell you what we found in language a board can act on. No scoring rubric, no traffic lights — a written argument about the risks that matter and what they would cost to fix.

It is the same work we do when we take a project over, sold on its own. The difference is that you get the assessment and then decide, rather than deciding and then finding out.
